Addendum: Kunimitsu Lucky Goldfish

As I mentioned at the end of my last post, I did a full manicure with Kunimitsu Lucky Goldfish late last night and took some pics after the sun came up this morning. Photos show three coats of Lucky Goldfish over basecoat duo plus a topcoat of Seche Vite.

Could the proportion of glitter to base color be more perfect? I don't think so!

The translucency of the base color of Lucky Goldfish allows the beautiful blue to really glow in some conditions while seeming  deep and impenetrable in others. And the orange glitter is stealthy. People may not even notice it unless they are looking directly at the polish. My favorite lighting situation for viewing this polish is bright indirect natural light, it makes the most of the translucent blue and allows the orange glitters to sparkle and glow just like orange koi in a pond.

Such a special polish and not over the top by any means. I'm really happy to have it in my collection.

love,
Aunt Liz
